I had the pleasure of working with William with taxes for a non profit I am involved with. When I arrived they all were very inviting. My tax situation was a little different than normal, but William was fantastic. He asked for a little extra time to get more details so he could give me proper guidance. The next day he called and had me stop by. He gave me all the information and went the extra mile by printing the instructions. Top tier service. I highly recommend William and that location.

I wanted give Kudos to Patti Craven at the Wendell, NC H&R Block office. I had an issue with my 2024 Federal return and wasn't sure which way to turn after I got the letter from the IRS but since I had used HRB's self-filing software I decided to pay her a visit and man, she took care of the issue quickly with professionalism. In spite of her being in the middle of doing corporate returns she MADE the time to help me......nothing against HRB's customer service but I KNOW if I had to rely on them this issue would still be unresolved.
