We are tremendously happy with our “out of the ordinary” gutters and are grateful for the wonderful customer service that we received with Mike’s Gutters and Roof. We chose half round gutters with an uncommon color to match the trim on our house. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and made suggestions, which we appreciate so much. Because of supply chain issues and our request, we had to wait for the materials, and we are happy that we did. Stacy kept in touch with us all the way with status reports. I cannot emphasize enough what a pleasure it is to work with this company. I would give them 6 stars if I could! Mike is responsive, knowledgeable, and clearly focused on ensuring the customer is completely satisfied with the work his team performs. The attention to detail that Mike and his gutter installation team (Walter, Eduardo, and Mario) demonstrated throughout our project was top-notch! We had to coordinate timing with additional contractors who were painting the trim of our house, and Mike and his team flexed their schedules to accommodate us. Gosh, our experience with Mike and crew could not have been better. After 25 years, our original gutters were in disrepair and causing rot. Mike personally came out to assess. He gave us the pros/cons of fixing vs. replacing and we chose to go with a full replacement. I was surprised by how many nuances he knew (more than others). His quote detailed out the full price and was in-line with the two other quotes we got.The crew came out on a cold day and swapped out the gutters before the day was over. They did a fantastic job and the new gutters look great! Now we are looking forward to a big summer rain storm!Service: Gutter installation
