We are return customers because Roof Medic did such a fantastic job for us the first time. This time we ran into a scheduling snafu but they went above and beyond to make up for it. More importantly, it is for the quality of their work we would recommend them. They take great pride in their work and use only the best products. For example, we learned this time that there are three types of pipe boots: a one size fits all that is prescored for various sizes, others that are made to fit, and a third type that doesn't just slide over the pipe but covers the whole pipe as well - eliminating the need for caulk between the boot and the pipe. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Roof Medic! I had a leak around a vent pipe on the roof. I called Roof Medic after I determined the boot around the pipe wasn't leaking. Julian came out to investigate the problem. I was fully expecting to hear that I needed a new roof, but that wasn't the case. Julian diagnosed the issue and FIXED it!! Not only that but he educated me about how to tell when the roof would need replacing, and a few other things I could do to prolong the roof I have. Honestly Julian restored my faith in humanity, which is saying something. When it is time to replace my roof in a few years I will be calling Roof Medic!!
