My experience was nothing but professional from start to finish. My home was listed for sale when significant hailstorm came through the neighborhood. Sam Pinkelman from SG inspected the damage, and worked with my insurance company on the claim. When the home went under contract, Sam and SG worked to ensure the project was completed before closing. Great customer service every step of the way.
Terry Woolard was our insurance agent when we moved to Boone, and how good was his experience when a nor'easter ripped a chunk of our roof off in January 2020 and we needed to get insurance to cover the damage.
