After a spring wind storm, I had some light wind damage on my roof in Weaverville. My insurance company had someone come out to inspect it and write up an estimate for the roof repair. The work was approved, but the first roofer they sent did not want to take the job because it was a small repair.

I called a few other roofing contractors and kept hearing the same thing, which was frustrating. Then I reached out to Hernandez Family Roofing, and the experience was completely different. Within a week, Mike came out and handled the roof repair. The work was finished fast, with real care and professionalism. He was friendly, easy to talk with, and made sure everything was cleaned up well before leaving.

i had a roof vent over the kitchen that would leak during strong west wind and heavy rain in Weaverville. After checking the roof, the crew found that rain blowing across the flat roof was getting pushed into the side openings of the vent. They recommended replacing it with a better vent design that did not have side holes, which made a lot of sense. To confirm the issue, they temporarily sealed the west side of the vent and the leak stopped during later storms.
