Super awesome experience!! All Ways Hearing & Air has been great ever since we contacted them. I was happily surprised to learn that the technician they send out, Caleb McHone, was not only experienced & a Veteran but was willing to go the extra mile to get us heat for the weekend. Highly recommend these folks.

All Ways Heating and Air replaced my heat pump and I'm very happy with their service and cost. They scheduled appointments promptly, confirmed their arrival times with a text that included the technician's photo and a short biography. The technician's were very professional and friendly and they were careful when they walked in the house; putting covers over their shoes.

Sean was right on time, super courteous and friendly. He saved me cost of purchasing a new thermostat (@$275) by adjusting one I currently have so it’s now programable!He explained everything to me and answered all my questions.I’m delighted with the service and committed to the yearly maintenance plan.Though I haven’t yet needed an actual repair, I can highly recommend All Ways.
