Daniel with Terminix of Waynesville has been fantastic. Very knowledgeable on a variety of pests/rodents and very kind to pass along his knowledge and expertise. He is always happy to modify applications to any problems that have arrisen do to season or climate. I have been very satisfied for a number of years with them, now.

Thank you for sending TJ out to perform our regular service. This was his first time taking care of our home and he was very personable and professional (and was really sweet to our 2 dogs). We thought our previous technician did a great job, but TJ paid attention to even greater detail and treated things I had not noticed. We hope TJ will continue to be our technician. We've been happy with your service for years and appreciate your consistency and excellent customer service.

Joey does a wonderful job at keeping pests outdoors and not allowing them inside. He always has a smile on and a warm greeting. My children love that he protects them from spiders getting in their beds and the house.
