I took my first class with Kim on Aug. 24th and though I've had a few classes in yoga previously, I've never experienced anything like this one. Listening to Kim's prompting allowed me to feel my feet grounded on the mat, to respond to my body in a way I've never been able to do before. There was no need or desire to look around to see if i was doing it right.. It was safe, serene and I could hear a little whisper of a voice inside telling me that I can accept my body just as it is. I cannot wait for the next class....
