Doctor was very thorough. I appreciated the way he explained everything to me and even showed me the photos of inside my eye. The girls out front were super helpful when I was trying to pick out frames.

Up until now, I have only gone into Smoky Mountain Eye Care for routine appointments, which have been great, but last week, I had an issue come up with my eye. They fit me in same day, got my prescription sent and got me taken care of quickly. I unexpectedly needed to follow up on a symptom while out of town and I was able to communicate over phone and thorough text to make sure everything was ok. The office and Dr. Brown have been awesome to work with!
