Mike, the owner, came out quickly to assess our needs. He was back out the next day to hookup our kitchen plumbing from where we had had countertops installed. He had the project completed so quickly that we were amazed. We found Mike to be so friendly and highly competent. So glad that I have a new local plumber for my future needs. Could not have been more pleased. Would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have in the Maggie Valley/Waynesville area.

Mike with Smokey Mountain Plumbing Service and Repair provided exceptional service. We had a leak in our basement ceiling. Mike expertly found and repaired multiple leaks from two burst copper pipes.
His rates were reasonable, and he thoroughly explained each step in the process. His initial assessment included the possibility that the repair might exceed his capability if it would involve extensive demolition. As it turned out, he only needed to cut out a few pieces of ceiling drywall, which we’ll replace; he was clear – he’s a plumber, not a carpenter, which is not uncommon for a small business. We appreciated his candor.
