This is the second time we have used Sears appliance repair and very satisfied with their service. Top notch!
Scott is always does a nice job for us. He always explains the problem and the solution. He's good with our dog, Barney, too! The only minor issue was the estimated arrival time of 11:30 vs the actual arrival time of a bit after noon, but I don't know how this system works.
Eugene was super friendly and helpful! It took a few visits because the needed parts were not immediately available, but he was persistent and did an excellent job repairing our LG range.
