I've been remodeling houses in WNC for 20 years & these guys ROCK! They could not have done a better job, or a faster job on completely re-wiring my 115 year old house. Shannon found issues that were not discovered by 2 previous electricians. They worked with me to fish wires as opposed to cutting into the original hard wood & beadboard walls. He made sure that this job was done fast so that I could get scheduled tenants in. He also insisted that I update some fire hazards that he knew were not in my budget (this house flooded during Helene) & so he did those aspects pro-bono. Staff were very nice and professional. However, I had a ceiling light installed. I asked that the electrical line be attached as close to the ceiling beam as possible. I said I wanted to put a wood strip over the electric wire to hide it. When job completed the wire was about4 to 5 inches from the beam and the wire had a metal covering. I called back and Shannon told me he remembered me mentioning the wood strip. He said they would return and make it right. They did return and removed the metal strip and the wiring and replaced it with new wiring. A hole was drilled in the ceiling and the wire was run thru the hole and wired to a receptacle.
