I was in and out in less than an hour and my nurse was too sweet. Very knowledgeable, to the point, and was very understanding and still treated me with care after I shared i was on MAT. The nurse is what made the experience for me honestly she was outgoing and upbeat and seemed genuinely happy to be there helping others.
This is the 3rd time having to visit this location. I'm not a sickly person, but small issues have come along and instead of going to the ER, I said I would try a local Urgent Care. Mercy in Waynesville is really great. Wait times are unbelievably short, they get you in the back at a reasonable time after signing in, the staff are very friendly, getting a warm greeting from staff when you yourself are in the Urgent Care ill, with cuts and bruises from a small fall, a cough, or hives, makes you feel better, all it takes is a smile, which they provide. While visiting from GA my toe became infected and I went to Mercy Urgent Care. I did have a little over an hour wait, because I didn't make an online appt. The dr prescribed antibiotics and how to care for it. All the staff was friendly and I would recommend this clinic.
