Over the phone, he informed me that even though it was lighting up, it was most likely just a dead battery and he would hate to charge a service call. A $5 battery later and it works like a charm. He could have very easily sold me a $65 service call. Honesty goes a long way in my eyes. They will definitely be my locksmith for any services needed.”
