SERVPRO of Haywood & Transylvania Counties
“We had a pipe leak on the second floor that unfortunately went unnoticed for several days, resulting in significant water damage to the second floor, first floor, and basement. Servpro handled both the remediation and the reconstruction on all three floors, and they did an excellent job from start to finish.
The quality of the work was very good, the billing process was clear and straightforward, and communication throughout the project was excellent. We always knew what to expect and where things stood.
A special thank you to Bryden, our project manager. He stayed in regular contact with us, kept us informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier to navigate. We really appreciated his professionalism and responsiveness.
I would definitely recommend Servpro to anyone needing water damage restoration and reconstruction services.”
