We initially enjoyed working with Robbin and her team and found them competent and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the fee structure is not transparent, leaving clients dependent on the consultant’s discretion, with charges applied to nearly every interaction without clear explanation or oversight. For example, we were billed for internal inefficiencies such as rescanning or losing documents, and 45 minutes for what was actually a 5-minute introductory conversation with Robbin. Overall, the rates were far higher than expected, with charges for even minor interactions.
