Benchmark completed my new home in 2022. They were fabulous to work with. My home is beautiful and extremely well built. I have recommended them to my niece whose house they will begin in a few weeks.

Benchmark built me a fabulous home. When a decking material failed after just one year, they replaced it with a different product. Sharon is a fabulous person to work with. I was so pleased with their work I recommended them to a family member building a house in Waynesville.
We couldn't be happier with our experience building our dream mountain home with these guys! They were patient with us throughout the build especially near the end of the construction when we were getting excited for the finish. They were also always available to discuss our expectations and promptly answer any questions we had along the way. And, we had fun working with Sharon, Jon and Christine! I could go on and on about how great our experience was with Benchmark ... just know that we think they are the best builders around.
