We used Benchmark Builders to build our new home in Brannon Forest Subdivision and have been very pleased with the work that was done. We have a very well built home with good insulation. Our electric bills are always low. Building a home is stressful and Sharon was always available for questions and concerns and was quick in resolving any issues. You can trust these people with making things right.

I had a wonderful experience with Benchmark Builders building a brand new 2500 sq ft home in Waynesville, NC. Sharon, Christine and John were amazing and were with me every step of the design, engineering, finishes and overall build to help with my decisions about the particular build and to use their extensive experience to improve not only the house but the entire process. Their team was always available to communicate and plan and any changes, revisions and subcontractor details were well handled and done in a very timely manner. Working with Benchmark Builders for the past 11 months has been nothing short of suburb.
Not only did they finish our new home build before the projected completion date, they also finished under budget!
With this being our first new home build, Jon professionally guided us through every step of the process and promptly responded to any questions or concerns that arose-from start to finish. We felt like he really listened to us and included us in all decisions.
We can’t say enough about the quality of our home. It’s evident the Benchmark Builders takes great pride in their craftsmanship. The finished product has exceeded our expectations. Solid and a thing of beauty!
