Staff are always knowledgeable friendly and accommodating to my pups special needs! And Dr Kern is just the best! I appreciate the way he genuinely cares and goes the extra mile to research cost effective options and is honest about what’s needed . All the techs and front office staff are skilled and Awesome!!
The entire office was very cheerful, knowable and efficient. The staff cared about the level of care and communication. I felt my babies were very well cared for. They did their best to keep them at ease. We were just there for a check up with Dr. Todd who they have previously seen at a different location. Very pleased.
I went to another vet for years but it became a big corporate office with none of the old docs...so I switched to Dr. Kern who has a small, single doctor practice and he's knowledgeable, kind and talk to you with compassion and care. I love the staff and the vets there... Dr. Kern and Dr. Todd. They take such good care of my rescue dogs. Very happy with Balsam Animal Hospital.
