Just wanted to drop a review on this company, my husband and I were on the way home to Mayo , SC from Maggie Valley and my car just stalled right before getting onto I-40. I called ATM towing and Travis was there to pick us up within 10 minutes !! He towed our car 90 miles to our hometown and was a perfect and friendly gentleman. Best customer service hands down !! Exceptional service! Response time was just a few minutes. ATM sure helped alleviate the frustration of our breakdown. No fun when your transmission fails when driving in the mountains. Fortunately, ATM got our vehicle into the dealer within the hour. Highly recommend their service.
I called Travis because I had a flat in the parking lot of Haywood Square. He came over right away to help me out. I was getting scared because every place that could help me were closed or closing. He must have sensed that I was getting a little panicky especially since it was getting dark and cold. He came over helped my husband and I out and when we offered to pay he refused and said that he was doing it for us out of kindness. Later when I text him and thanked him again he replied, "Jesus knows our needs!" All I can say now is thank you Jesus for seeing our needs and sending this kindly man to help us.
