My neighbor had Sapphire clean their carpets. I saw the before and after and they did an amazing job getting the stains out. My neighbor said the guys were so polite and professional. She does not do Yelp so I said I would give Sapphire a great review. Soon I will book them doing my carpets.

The man can clean a carpet! We have 3 dogs, and hosted one over the holidays. Well, ours felt the need to show that this was their house, all over our carpets. We called Sapphire and you can't tell anything happened at all. They were on time, and actually UNDER the estimate he gave on the phone. Afterwards, he apologized that he couldn't get every little thing out, even when we told him they wouldn't come out. We've had other cleaners do our carpets and knew some stains were permanent after they cleaned them. Still, he did much better than we were expecting, and got WAY more out of the carpet than even our best expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Services: General carpet...read full review

James did a wonderful job on our tile floors. We have tile throughout our first floor and it’s the textured type that resembles wood grain and I started noticing that mopping wasn’t removing the grime that became impacted in the grooves. It looks amazing and is now squeaky clean. We will be using his services again.
