NEXT service was unbelievable. I had a problem with my AC system and they took care of it quickly efficiently and economically.. There is no recommendation too high that I could give to. NEXT HVAC.
We had a phenomenal experience with Siarhei and Alex! We brought them in to inspect the AC system during a home purchase, and they found a system that had unfortunately never been properly maintained. Not only did they accurately diagnose everything, but they were able to fix and completely tune up the system, exceeding all of our expectations.
Throughout the entire process, they were always right on time, incredibly professional, and transparent about the work being done. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Next HVAC--the service and care that went into fixing my air conditioner unit was truly above and beyond. While I have utilized several different companies for air conditioning issues in the past in the Charlotte region, Next HVAC was by far the most professional, trustworthy and exceptional in servicing a much needed repair. I would most highly recommend this company--the team members are so genuine, kind, hard working, diligent, knowledgable and prompt--there was nothing they could have done better!
