Excellent salon. Ani is meticulous and cares for every detail. Takes the time to listen and ask helpful questions to be sure she delivers exactly what you're looking for. She is informative and considerate. Color, cut, you name it, she is incredible. Highly recommend!

Desiree is absolutely fantastic. I recently moved to the area and my hair was a mess, highlights were too bold and the color looked so unnatural. She listened to my complaint, suggested a solution and followed through seamlessly. Each subsequent appointment has been the same - can't recommend her highly enough.

Called Lulus salon today for a last minute haircut and color. They immediately accepted and told me to come in an hour or so later. All of the staff was so sweet and welcoming to me. I came in with a bunch of dead hair (basically a rats nest) and left with a very cute haircut with my hair looking healthier than ever! Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the waxhaw or charlotte area!
