“Denis was great to work with to fix a window leak in our sunroom! The final product is perfect, and he finished under-budget and earlier than planned.

The leak rotted two studs, the floor joist, the window support within the wall, the plywood, and the siding. He replaced the rotted wood, insulation, siding, and paneling. He even made a replacement aluminum windowsill himself to match our other windowsills.

Denis came out for a free quote, always showed up on time, and worked quickly and neatly. His work was very clean - both with sweeping daily and the finished product. He was upfront with his quote, as he pointed out another leak farther up the wall that I hadn't seen and had to guess at the damage before opening up the wall. Since he wasn't able to immediately start the repair, he came out the next evening to seal the outer hole in the window sill and siding before it rained to prevent it getting worse.
