I had a great experience with FATman. I was having low water pressure which I suspected was an old PRV. They confirmed that was the issue, replaced it, and the water pressure was fixed! The tech that came was friendly and walked me through everything. He even showed me that my meter box was way to close to the water shut off valve, making it very difficult to turn the water off, and said I should call the water company to have them adjust. I will definitely use FATman in the future!
Nick was so personable, he remembered my name and my husbands with the first visit, and was very knowledgeable about what was going on with our water heater and showed us pictures of what he found. He made everything work properly and I would highly recommend FATman Plumbing!! Can’t say enough good about them. They were truly fantastic.
These guys are genuinely the best. They do excellent work, are efficient, and always take the time to explain everything to me. They go above and beyond for their customers, I highly recommend them!
