The installation of my kitchen countertops went well and the two fellows that came and did the work were very nice and competent. The plumber came and had to reroute the plumbing to fit the new sink but everything came together and looks beautiful!

Had a wonderful experience with Abe. Picked out a beautiful remnant quart countertop for our master bath. They came out to measure and we set up a quick install date. Installation was smooth and professionally done. They installed sinks we purchased separately. Highly recommend. Friendly and communicative

We moved to Waxhaw 4 years ago and purchased a lovely used home. Decided this year that the master bath needed a refresh. The sinks were badly stained and the vinyl clad cabinets were peeling. We had done a similar refresh on our previous home in Ohio so kinda knew what we were looking for. After shopping around for a few weeks, we chose East Coast Countertops for the job. We liked the idea that they would do the entire job from demo to final finish details and their price was highly competitive.
Since this was a relatively small job, we were able to pick from their remnants which made the price even more attractive. We even added a new countertop and sink in our guest bathroom when we found how reasonable the cost would be.
Demo day quickly came and their workers tore out the old counters and cabinets and immediately installed the new cabinets. New templates were done in both bathrooms. Two days later, the guys were back with granite, sinks, and trims. The crews were extremely clean at every stage. At the end of install day, we had working sinks and only some touchups were needed.
In summary, we would highly recommend East Coast Countertops for your remod/refresh or new build needs. We had a slight disagreement on final finish responsibilities but owner (Gary) made it right and we are totally satisfied.

I researched and obtained quotes from other businesses, but ended up back with East Coast. Their pricing was competitive and they already had our trust. They did not disappoint! When building a home, inevitably timelines move… East Coast pivoted right alongside us. The product, the workmanship, the professionalism, the partnership, the advice… I can’t say enough. We bought cabinets and granite from east coast at a fraction of the cost at big box stores. Abe was a great point of contact and customer service from start . The granite installation was the hick up. The guys that installed did a wonderful job but left me with out power in my outlets in my dining room. Called Abe, he gave me the owner info (Gary) in which he wasn't as customer oriented as Abe. Long story short asked Gary to take ownership of the power outage w/long conversation with him he basically didn't take ownership and quit responding to my text. Would I recommend this company, yes and I have. I would most definitely make sure when the guys come into your home make sure they ask where they can plug their equipment.
