We needed a new air conditioner and furnace so we called Dave Matthews, our trusted provider and Jason explained all the models available. Not once did he try to upsell! We have always trusted Dave Matthews HVAC and they have a wonderful reputation in Sun city. They are a local company and honest. Jason is a great asset to the company and we are thankful for his input. We ordered our air conditioner and furnace. Thank you Jason! My old furnace gave out on 1/30 and a big snowstorm was coming the next day. I quickly scheduled a different company to come out to give me a quick quote to replace it. The quote they gave me was for over $8000 and they took a 40% down payment right away! I live in a 1500 sqft townhouse so this quote seemed very high to me. I decided to get a second opinion and remembered that Dave Matthews had been recommended to me in the past. I called them up and talked to Jason and explained my situation to him and asked if he could offer a better price. I can’t recommend Dave Matthews more. If I could give six stars, I would. My heat went out a day before a massive snow storm. I was home alone with my daughter with zero heat. They came to my home within hours, diagnosed the issue, gave me a GREAT price on a new furnace, treated me with kindness and respect, and installed the system the next day.
