Every time I come to Ruff Kuttz, I leave feeling like a new person. The haircut is fire but that’s not all, the spirit of positivity is a true blessing. You should come and get some.

Had a great haircut and an even better conversation. Very clean and well renovated place. An asset to downtown Washington! I diffidently plan to come back.
