Based on the reviews, Pools Unlimited is a local family owned business in Washington NC with good prices and trustworthy service. Jim, Delores, and crew have been wonderful to work with and are always willing to answer a question. They are the nicest people, very professional and friendly, and true to their word. One customer had a cracked rail on a 13-year-old pool, and they came out and replaced it in less than 5 minutes. Another customer had a green pool for almost 2 weeks; after visiting Pools Unlimited with a water sample, the lady there told them what they needed, and the very next morning the pool was blue. The customer said the company is amazing and very knowledgeable. A customer from Ohio noted Mrs. Delores is a perfect example of a dedicated employee who patiently listened to concerns and researched parts. Pools Unlimited furnished and installed a new inground pool liner for a huge, unused pool, and the rehab turned out spectacular. They are highly recommended.
