These folks are the best. I called Dale's when our A/C was out and the house was burning up. Rick and his assistant arrived two hours later, had the unit repaired and running in less than a half hour, and charged a very fair price. They are professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I would wholly recommend them.
I called Dale’s after I had basically called every HVAC contractor online and the only one to get me in last minute. I’m talking end of the day 4pm to come and service me. It’s over 100• and no one else could come out for as far as 2 weeks. Thank you to William for taking his time to really explain and inform me of what was going on and get the problem resolved. Called at the last minute because the company that I normally use gave me a 2 week time period for repair of non working AC. Dale came out the next day and had us up and running. Very professional and proficient. I would recommend and I will use them again.
