One week ago we went to Westgate Dodge Ram of Wake Forest to look for a new car. The salesman Roger Wells was professional helping us to find the best car for us based on our needs and financial situation. He spent time showing us the various models, answering our questions. He was very friendly and we did appreciate his proximity and kindness. This dealer has a great selection of new cars and the prices are very competitive. Recently went to Westgate Dodge and was happily greeted by a guy named Ron. Our experience from start to finish was amazing. He was professional, attentive, personable, and responsive, and worked to get us exactly what we wanted. The dealership did not have our “unicorn”, but he made it happen with a trade, and within two days we drove off in the truck that ticked all of our boxes. The amount of time he spent with us even coming in on his day off to broker the deal and make sure we were happy, to the amount of messages and calls that were sent back and forth to make sure we were comfortable.
