A great experience working with Michael. He inspected our son's home and did such a great job, we engaged his services for our new home. He is very thorough and detailed. The inspection is well documented with photo's and videos that we shared with the builder. He pointed out safety issues as well as structural, finish and workmanship. He was positive and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him.

I would say Michael is the best. He is patient and the documentation is so good that will keep your builder busy. I recommend him 100%. Attention to detail, punctual and knowledgeable.
