Billy was a wonderful home inspector! He was very personable and very through. He ensured that he not only completed the inspection throughly but also walked us through all the items noted on our home. He also gave us tips on house maintenance and care. We were extremely happy with our home inspection and are very confident living in our new home due to Billy! We'd gotten Billy's information from our realtor, to do a presale inspection and an inspection of our new home and he was SO thorough! He took his time and made sure he did a complete and accurate inspection. Less than 24 hours later, Billy had our inspection report, I'm sorry, VERY detailed inspection report, to us to address his findings. He was on time, extremely professional, extremely personable and customer service driven. You can tell he's been doing this for a long time and loves what he does. I would 100% recommend!
