I had the most pleasant dental experience at Village Dental Wake Forest. The place was comfortable and welcoming, like a warm hug for my teeth. Perhaps that explains why I caught some quality zzz's while getting my teeth cleaned. Imagine that! LOL! So relaxed. Dr. Monica Wheeler and her dream team were total rockstars - friendly, attentive, caring, and professional all the way. Dental Assistant Tina was a superstar, offering top-notch dental care knowledge and prioritizing cleanliness and sanitation - A BIG plus for me. From my consultation to my first procedure every piece of the care team has been wonderful. They all treated me and my situations as legitimate as they would their own. Luckily I can do letters in sign (cause facial recognition on the phone doesn’t work with equipment in your mouth) and someone knew how to read some letter in sign , so when I wasn’t able to talk and I ha was having pain they were able to get me fixed up right away. Jennifer is awesome for answering my calls and getting answers to me right away and making all the changes needed to make it a as easy and smooth of a process as possible. I hope this staff doesn’t make changes to go anywhere anytime soon.
