Excellent service. Very professional and personal. Hope was very helpful to schedule and reschedule service appointments. She went out of her way to even call me for specific questions and was great responding to my calls. The owner call me to help me find out if the broken part of ac was still under warranty. Southern Seasons took care of the warranty and call me as soon as they knew the part was on its way to schedule the repair ASAP. The technician, Jacob Chase, is very professional and his service was extremely outstanding. I recently got a unit replaced by them and they were so professional and so patient. My other unit had an issue and they came out first thing in the morning on July 4th. Matthew, the field technician was so nice and respectful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the triangle
Matthew was professional and quick to replace the damper motor for our A/C unit! This is the second time he has been out and both times has been a great experience. If you are having A/C issues or need a new unit I highly recommend Southern Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning!
