The areas are kept clean, the equipment is in good condition, the employees are pretty polite, the only downside is that it get really busy here on weekdays after 3 and 5 when school gets out and once work is out is the busiest so waiting for machines can get kind of frustrating. The crowd meter can give you a heads up but it doesn't help with the length of time waiting for things you need for your workout.
