We attended 12 weeks of dog training with Katelynn. She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Our dog (and the humans in my family!) learned so much highly recommend!
The employees were so friendly and professional. They had great knowledge and really cared about the pets. Only gave 4 stars due to the lacking section for small animals. The knightdale store had so much in that area, but every other petco I go to now, barely have anything for hamsters
I went in to pick out 2 goldfish for my daughter, once she picked one out she wanted I went up to a gentleman to ask for assistance, he said he would come help. She showed him which fish she wanted, he tried to catch it but it was super fast and we lost the fish. He was very patient and kind to her, the three of us searched for the fish she wanted. We couldn't find it and she picked another one, he caught that one. She was unsure of the second one she wanted so he said take our time and keep an eye on the one we want while he helped another guest. She found one and we kept an eye on it til he came back, she showed him which one she wanted and he again was very patient...read full review
