I have not seen Dr.Robins virtually and therefore can not comment on that aspect of the practice. However I find the atmosphere of the Center welcoming and sensitive. People are attentive and it is run efficiently.
I started seeing Shamira a few weeks ago and it has been great! She makes me very comfortable sharing my feelings and has helped we work through some thought processes regarding different situations. I am very excited to continue to work with her!
Jalyn has been absolutely amazing for my son. He saw counseling as a negative thing and didn’t want to go. After just one session with her, he felt comfortable and was looking forward to seeing her again. She has found things they have in common, such as music, and often uses that to get him to open up. He has changed so much in a short period of time, in a positive way. I’m so extremely thankful for Jalyn!
