“Edit: They gave us a partial refund if we changed our 2 stars to 4 stars.The reason I gave them more than 1 star is that they did have a lot to clean. Besides that fact, they didn't do a very good job at all. I was having a one-time cleaning done and they had no limit placed on them on the time they had to clean. I made it clear they needed to finish cleaning everything. They did not do this. I will try to attach pictures. I did call them to see if we could resolve this. Oscar, the owner/manager, said they could come back to finish or we could get a partial refund. I have tried multiple times to call him back with no answer and no call back to us. I will edit this if it ever gets resolved properly.“

“Can't compliment their services enough. A blade on a set of blinds was accidentally caught while cleaning and was broken off, leading to a charge from my rental company when i moved out. Molly Maid reimbursed me the exact charged amount without questions asked. That, plus the wonderful cleaning job they did, will lead to me calling them for every cleaning i need in the future and also telling everyone i know to use them for their cleaning services. Molly Maid didn't have to reimburse me for the charge i received, but they chose to. 5 stars is not enough.“
