When Julio, one of the managers, came over for the initial walkthrough, he was professional, kind, and attentive to my needs. This wasn’t a one-size-fits-all type of service — I was able to request specific details that other cleaning services wouldn’t accommodate, all at a great price.
My first cleaning had a few hiccups, and I let Ruthy know I wasn’t sure it was the right fit. She kindly encouraged me to give them another try, and I’m so glad I did! For the second cleaning, Julio personally came with the cleaners to ensure every concern from the first visit was addressed. The service felt personal, thoughtful, and deliberate.
