Beware PT named Nicole. Despite telling her repeatedly and coming in specifically for two particular reasons, she intentionally overlooked everything I said, tried to force me to do things. Things I told her other providers had specifically told me not to do, lied to me on the phone, told me that PT isn't for me if I'm in pain and then lied that she never said that, told me that she wouldn't help me and them lied about all of this in her notes. In my opinion she is burnt out and past her prime, not because of how long she's been working or anything to do with age but because she's uninspired and behind on the times. She operates like a PT from the 1970s what's the world has changed and she offers nothing new. I was incredulous at her behavior and the extent to which she misrepresented herself in medical records which are legal documents. She has been reported.

Following hip surgery on 8/20/20 and waiting two weeks I started PT with this facility using Gus as my primary PT and Justin for an appointment when Gus was not available. Started with twice a week sessions for one month and am wrapping up a month of once per week sessions. These two professionals are excellent with both being personable and attentive to your needs and conditions and adjusting based on your progress. Have never needed PT before. Gus picked up on some issues with my left knee and worked that issue as well as working my hip needs after surgery. My experience with this facility has been all positive! Highly recommended based on my experience!

After my shoulder injury and subsequent surgery, my surgeon referred me to Gus. His experience is incredible and I was fortunate enough to become one of his clients. His skills and constant encouragement made me feel great week after week. I finally "graduated" and he gave me the information and instructions I needed to continue on my own.As a registered nurse, I am hard to impress. Gus is such a professional and positive person. He's the best!!
