Damage Restoration Services near Wake Forest picked by BestProsInTown
“Beautiful rugs need cleaning just as carpet and wood floors need periodic attention. Pettyjohn's in Wake Forest is a rarity for professional rug cleaning. Fast turnaround and fair pricing. I need to pay attention to my collection of oriental rugs and will be using this service more often for personal care. Check them out as they are right in our neighborhood.”
“Aaron is the consummate professional. The quality of his work speaks for itself, and I have never worked with anyone more transparent, honest, and ethical than Aaron. If you have any water damage/restoration needs, you should call Aaron first!Services: Mold cleaning”
“I'm spending time on a beautiful Saturday morning to write this review because this company deserves a great review.
We unfortunately had used First Choice Water Damage Experts before in a different home. Experiencing a water leak in your home is such a stressful event, we reached out to Aaron even though our new home is not in the service area he normally covers because we knew we could trust him with the remediation so no mold growth occurred. He responded immediately, even coming out on Easter Sunday, and returned multiple days afterward to ensure the remediation was done thoroughly and correctly.
Unlike the first leak, was not a simple job—our 75-year-old home had multiple layers of flooring, and the damage required removal of cabinets and kitchen flooring. Aaron handled everything with professionalism and care, making sure every layer was properly addressed and completely dried out.
Aaron gave us a status of what he'd done and what he would do next each visit. He took the time to clearly explain what he was doing, why it mattered, and what to expect next. We were kept informed daily on progress and next steps, which made a stressful situation much more manageable.
We highly recommend Aaron and First Choice Water Damage Experts for their responsiveness, expertise, and integrity.”
