There are so many reasons Bumgarner & Martin deserve my 5-star review, from our first contact to the last.
I reached out to several local orthodontists when I wanted some touch-up work done on my teeth. Within 15 minutes they called me back to set up an appointment. I didn't hear from the other ones on my list for several days.
Then when I went in for my consultation, even though the work I needed was minor, they made me feel like I was the most important patient of their week. No kidding. Every single person was friendly, kind, thorough and professional.

Today marked my final orthodontist appointment after going there consistently since 2019, and it honestly feels like the end of a long journey that meant more to me than I expected. Over the years, every visit was nothing but positive, and I’m truly so thankful for everyone who played a part in my experience. From the very beginning, I was always treated with kindness and patience, and every step of the process was explained clearly so I never felt lost or unsure.
