had a group of shirts that came home with stains in same spot. nothing has gotten the stain out and when I've taken them back they treated me like there was no way it could have happened there. my husband only wears to church or to gatherings where a dress shirt is required. we've also had shirts that weren't starched as requested. I recommend if you don't live close not to use them.

Very helpful and convenient. They did a great job on my suits, shirts, and tie. The tie is an antique, belonged to mu grandfather, so i was very happy. On time and very courteous. Highly recommend.
