A Cleaner World

A Cleaner World, founded in 1969, is a well-known dry cleaning business with multiple locations in several markets. They offer laundry wash and fold services and are recognized for their ability to clean even the most difficult stains, such as those on 30-year-old baby clothes. Customers have had positive experiences with the company, including one customer who had a little black dress cleaned overnight for a Christmas party. The business also provides repair services, demonstrated by their ability to clean and repair a vintage down sleeping bag.

While many customers praise the service, there have been some issues with pickup notifications and accuracy. Some have not received pickup emails or texts and have faced incorrect pickup times. Additionally, there have been concerns about the cleaning of certain items, such as a white shirt that still had a fresh stain and an old jacket that was only cleaned on one side with a button ripped off. Despite these challenges, the company has made efforts to resolve issues, such as by reimbursing customers for damages. Management and staff at A Cleaner World are described as nice and helpful.

The establishment is noted for its quick service, with long-time customers appreciating the quality compared to other dry cleaners in the area. Many customers drive out of their way to use A Cleaner World, emphasizing that the service is top-notch and the clothes are always pristine.
