I have to say there are some businesses you go into one or two of them have very good customer service but with this business everyone was exceptional I appreciate it that cuz I hate the dentist not only because of pain but because of pain in the pocket too but they made it really easy to move through the process with them

Employees are gracious,kind, and helpful. Their concern and assistance for an old person (79) seem genuine. Their concern phone system and availability are tiring and confusing! It took multiple visits to get my teeth recapped and fitted. My wife was considering changing to Aspect but scheduling mistakes caused her to change her mind.

I had a very friendly, professional, and thorough experience! Dr. Nepal is great! The young lady who is the dentist assistant was wonderful as well as Mark the hygienist. I was hesitant at first, but my first impression was very impressive and friendly.
