Selling a home is not always easy in any step of the way. The buyers had you come out, and I just have to say.... no one was able to ever get to the end of my crawlspace, I send a robot. John Ashworth did. He is a beast to be able to get all the way there for the buyers. . As a general contractor.... he's top notch, and truly cared. I say this as a seller, not the buyer that hired him. He is very talented.
