I can’t say enough great things about West Lincoln Animal Hospital. Being new to the area, I found myself in an emergency situation with one of my fur babies, Layla, and they were absolutely wonderful. The lady at the front desk was so kind and charismatic, making me feel at ease right away. They got us in quickly and efficiently, and the care my pup received was excellent. From front staff to back, everyone is very knowledgeable. The vet techs were friendly, the pricing was reasonable, and it really felt like personal, one-on-one care in a cozy, small-town office. They helped me and wife with our cat in the time of need without a appointment in an emergency and also sympathetic when our cat passed away, receptionist Went over beyond the duties of her job to have compassion for the loss of our animal, we’ll always return

Needed a new vet since I recently moved to the area. I called to make an appointment for my dog and they were extremely helpful and friendly, scheduled her appointment quickly. When I arrived staff was courteous and friendly. I don’t even think I waited 5 minutes for my dog to be seen. I would highly recommend them.
