Staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. I walked in with quite long and thick hair and was done with it all. For the 1st time, I wanted very short hair, so I asked to have really short, like a boys in the back with a little style to the front top. When finished, I couldn't have been any happier. With all the work that was done, I have to say they have very fair pricing. Actually, I was a little stunned when I was told what I had to pay. Something that others would have charged $30-$40 for ended up at $20 plus I gave a nice tip. I was so grateful for the cut well done and good pricing. I would suggest and recommend others stop by.

They did a amazing job with me and my son, my son is autistic with sensory issues and they were so calm and easy with him and were even able to do the lightning bolt on the side of his head he's been wanting for so long. I just want to say Catawba Vally Staffing is amazing. They had me a job in no time a week tops. They offered me not just 1 job but 4. So if you need a job please stop by the Valdese location I think her name is Lacey at the 1st desk to the left when you go in the door she is so sweet and does everything she can to get you a job.So again Thank you Catawba Valley Staffing for helping me get a job. We have used Heritage Funeral services twice within 7 months and there is a reason we did so. They are excellent.
Funeral services- Erica and Justin are well informed and know their jobs inside and out. They were respectful, considerate, and thorough. We had no idea you could wait for your insurance to pay, which was great to know as we began the navigation process.
Grave Marker- We ordered our headstone from Heritage and it is beautifully done. We could not be more pleased.
Slide show- we simply sent a link to our photos and they added the music we chose for a beautiful memorial slideshow.
Cremation Service- this was the option our mom had chosen. We held her memorial at the facility and it was perfect. Extra chairs were brought in when we needed them and again, the staff was so considerate.
Although I hope we do not have to use their services anytime soon, I Definitely recommend!
