I just had Lance Miller out from the Troutman location to help with a pest problem. I have no knowledge about anything related to pest control, so it was a relief to have someone with so much knowledge about the subject. Lance was a consummate professional and helped me with the problem and then some. I highly recommend BugOut to anyone that needs help with pest.

*Update 9/12/2023* I have changed my rating to five stars. Locally, McNeely Pest Control has definitely shown up and gotten me taken care of at my new address. As I said in my former review, I thought I would have to look elsewhere for pest control services and I didn’t want to. I’m really glad I did not have to!Former review- I am so disappointed in how the service has plummeted since you went to bug out. I moved and managed to get my account cancelled. Now I can’t get service at my new address for anything! I get called back and I can’t return their call and use their extension because it goes to a call center in God knows where. I have been using this company for many years so many I can’t remember the year they started so many I watched the first guy that treated my house climb the corporate ladder ! Well two of them Ethan and Zack who I miss but they’re all great! They have always been very helpful, professional and very proficient in their work and it doesn’t matter who comes to treat your house, and get this they actually stand behind their work! They have done everything from treating my interior and exterior of my house to , removing bats in my attic so it could be sold to , treating my chimney for wasps every year to, fogging my yard for mosquitoes !
