Scott, the owner is knowledgeable and professional. Provides detailed explanations. He came on Sunday to diagnose the problem and even did a test over several hours to determine if there wasn’t a less expensive solution. Alas there wasn’t. Our new water heater was installed the next day. Job was completed in an exceptional manner and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Scott was very professional and responsive to my plumbing needs. He is extremely concerned about doing a neat and cost effective job that he is proud of when he leaves.
